What & Who WE Are?


A4 Mindanao Alliance is composed of multifaceted individuals classified among the unjustly – internally displaced Rural-Urban Poor from diverse or cross-cultural backgrounds, brought about and experienced by both the formal education, and both the informal streets and hinterlands education, unified by the collective desire to reclaim and install our rightful inheritance in order to preserve and sustain the legacy and heritage of our forefathers and motherland, enjoined by the imperative equitable, impartial, responsible and sustainable stewardship.

A4 Mindanao Alliance is composed into seven (7) sub-groups:

  • Cultural Artists the Lumad Unified Martial Arts Discipline-System (L.U.M.A.D.S.)

A4 Mindanao's membership include residents of our controlled areas at Cagayan de Oro City, Gingoog City, Municipality of Opol, Municipality of Tagoloan, Municipality of Jasaan, Municipality of Balingasag, Municipality of Lagonglong, Municipality of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, and Municipality of Talakag, Municipality of Kibawe, Bukidnon.

A4 Mindanao Alliance is duly registered and earns its juridical entity in May 18, 2010 at the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) with Registration Certificate Nos. WMO-X-05-016-2010, with strict issuance of Official Receipts, Invoices & Vouchers through BIR TIN Nos. 942-980-416-000 (Tax Exempt) as a non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian, multi-sectoral, cross cultural, charitable, self-help or self-sustaining, non-government organization which seeks to establish as a Trust with utmost urgency for the arrest, seizure and change of the impending prevailing social debacle viably through the emphasis and promotion of the principle and value of renewable energy efficiency, sustainable development, and people empowerment by establishing comprehensive development and resource management programs directed towards the goal of conserving, protecting, preserving and rehabilitation of our environment; including not only land, air, water, flora and fauna, with a special attention and concern of the endangered species, and also the advocacy, research, education, advancement of the globally known best practices of the indigenous people or lumad with our customs, rights, traditions and values that encompass and define the richness of our ethnic cultural and natural heritage located in resource areas of Mindanao regions, and holistically develop one’s seven (7) dimension with one’s seventeen (17) relationships towards a mature, rational, responsible, productive life style, and seeks to serve as a true alternative arm for a feasible and sustainable social re-engineering to a true civilized, equitable and rational Mindanao citizenry and society in a third world county like Mindanao.

A4 Mindanao Alliance, identify itself and anchors its inspiration with the 4 A’s as to the following:

Agility or Agile – Intelligently or mentally quick to think and respond. Moves quickly with proficiency, suppleness, skill and control (high I.Q.– S.Q. & A.Q.– E.Q.).

Amenability or amenable – Responsive to suggestion and likely to Cooperate. Accountable, Responsible and available to probe and be tested.

Aspiration or to aspire – driven to, with high ambition to pursue our aims, goals and objectives hoped for
and wished for.

Achievement or to achieve – a sense or symbol of attainment, realization, success, and triumph. Social status gained through noble effort and merit with the discipline of finishing our tasks or responsibilities professionally.

Vision:

Set and establish equitable, feasible and sustainable civilized Mindanao society.

Mission Statement:

Enjoins to educate an individual on the imperative need of developing one’s “self” to the fullest and holistic maturity with one’s seven (7) dimensions; practice a Healthy Life Style; unify everyone of being vigilant in arresting, seizing and preventing the root cause of social ills; practicing an individual and collective accountability and responsibility of noble citizenship for a viable nation building.
