The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are directly liable to the organization’s Official Members whose election or Contract of service or designation, appointment and powers emanates from, thus, mandated thereof to execute its obligations based from the organization’s fundamental beliefs and purposes and By-Laws, and from which trust, expectations and confidence is vested upon, and to sit as chair person and led a particular committee where they are best suited with and shall be actively functional with their respective committees as to exercise, conduct and control the A4 Mindanao Alliance powers, properties and business affairs with an utmost sense of accountability:
- Imperatively undergo with the necessary workshops and seminars on legislation, parliamentary rules, and other necessary education in line with their respective functions in various assigned and chaired committees.
- Formulate and initiate strategic plans, policies, and programs necessary for the realization of the fundamental beliefs, purposes and By - Laws.
- Formulate, promulgate and enact resolutions such as amendments and addendums, imperative to suit with the changing time, as necessary for the advancement, furtherance, realization and implementation of the fundamental beliefs, purposes, policies and By – Laws necessary with the inevitable change of time and situations.
- Conduct, oversee or supervise implementation of programs and the By - Laws.
- Issue a Special Power of Attorney for the President to decide business proposals and sign memorandum of agreement or contracts inline or in harmony with the fundamental beliefs, purposes and By - Laws.
- Execute board resolution of affirmation for the President’s discretion and action based from the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) vested upon by the Board.
- Initiate and ensure realization and implementation of the fundamental beliefs, purposes and By – Laws.
- Be willfully, actively, efficiently, professionally, devotedly and wholeheartedly participate in an assigned or designated and unanimously agreed activities, task, pursuits and projects within the framework of the fundamental beliefs, purposes and by – laws.
- Be willfully, actively, efficiently, professionally, devotedly and wholeheartedly defend the fundamental beliefs, purposes and By – Laws.
- Be willfully, actively, efficiently, professionally, devotedly and wholeheartedly attend in meetings and participate in the deliberations thereof.
- Immediately report opportunities, concerns and incidents directly and indirectly relevant to the interest and welfare of the corporation to or with the proper channels.
- Hear, deliberate and resolve cases of irregularities of an erring official/s through with the Ethics Committee.
